Purpose of the position
Did you know that the flowers and plants you buy at the supermarket come from our distribution center in Bleiswijk? As a Logistics Employee, you always work the night shift and ensure that each branch receives the correct orders. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that the process runs smoothly.
Your tasks include:
- Picking orders per roll container per branch;
- Storing incoming goods;
- Performing internal movements;
- Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace.
We are looking for several new colleagues! Working together with your partner, neighbor, or sports buddy is possible!
Which team will you join?
The distribution center operates 24/7. During the night shift, you work alongside a close-knit group of colleagues under the supervision of a Team Leader. Job satisfaction and a sense of responsibility are highly valued; colleagues are willing to help each other and can rely on one another. This is evident from the team’s long tenure. The culture is international, and the primary language is English.
Who are you?
You enjoy being active. On average, you walk 12 kilometers per shift; you can cancel your gym membership!
Furthermore, you identify with the following:
- Good physical condition; you walk, life, and move roll containers;
- You are available for at least 24 hours (3 days)
- Working hours are from 8:00 pm to 5:00 am;
- Working days are Sunday to Friday.
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have your own transportation; bus schedules do not align with night shift working hours.
- You understand and speak English; Dutch is a plus but not mandatory.

- Classification according to the TLN collective labor agreement, scale A €13.27 per hour;
- 100% surcharge on Sundays until midnight;
- Payment every 4 weeks;
- 24 vacation days and 3.5 ADV (reduction of working hours) days;
